| Details you should know... |
| |
Customers must have
an Australian Business Number (ABN), a minimum of 2
mobile services (connected to the Optus GSM network)
on the same BusinessPhoneAustralia customer account and a bundled Business
Voice, Internet, or Data service with BusinessPhoneAustralia. |
|
‘National Direct
Dialled’ (NDD) calls are voice calls from a BusinessPhoneAustralia
mobile service (connected to the Optus GSM network)
to a fixed line or mobile service within Australia. |
|
‘Standard’
call rates apply to all NDD calls except the first 10
minutes of Fleet Mobile and Back to Base calls and special
number or other services such as 13/1300/18/19 numbers. |
|
Call charges to special
numbers or other services vary as to applicable rate,
billing increments, type and location of calls (e.g.
International calls, International Roaming, 13/1300/18/19
numbers, Satellite Services etc.). Contact BusinessPhoneAustralia for
details. |
|
‘Fleet Mobile’
calls are NDD calls to mobile services on the same BusinessPhoneAustralia
customer account and connected to the Optus GSM network.
After the first 10 minutes of each call, ‘Standard’
call rates apply. BusinessPhoneAustralia reserves the right to set limits
on the use of ‘Fleet Mobile’ minutes and
may apply ‘Standard’ call rates to minutes
deemed excessive each month. |
|
‘Back to Base’
calls are NDD calls to a nominated fixed line service
on the same BusinessPhoneAustralia customer account (excluding special
number or other services such as 13/1300/18/19 numbers).
After the first 10 minutes of each call, ‘Standard’
call rates apply. The nominated ‘Back to Base’
number cannot be changed more than once a month. BusinessPhoneAustralia
reserves the right to set limits on the use of ‘Back
to Base’ minutes and may apply ‘Standard’
call rates to minutes deemed excessive each month. |
|
‘Fleet Mobile
SMS’ are text messages (up to 160 characters)
sent and received within Australia to mobile services
on the same BusinessPhoneAustralia customer account and connected to
the Optus GSM network. BusinessPhoneAustralia reserves the right to
set limits on the use of ‘Fleet Mobile SMS’
and may apply standard ‘SMS’ rates to messages
deemed excessive each month. |
|
‘Per Second
Billing’ applies to ‘Standard’ calls
and after first 10 minutes of Fleet Mobile and Back
to Base calls only. |
|
‘Call Allowance’
usage includes NDD calls, National SMS, National MMS,
and Voicemail usage only. Call Allowances are combined
into an ‘Aggregated Call Allowance’, which
can be shared between mobile services (connected to
the Optus GSM network) on the same BusinessPhoneAustralia customer account.
Unused Call Allowances in a month cannot be carried
forward. |
|
‘Mobile Fleet
Fund’ can be used only for mobile hardware purchases
from BusinessPhoneAustralia at its recommended retail prices and expire
12 months from mobile service contract start dates (or
upon early contract termination). On expiry unused funds
will be forfeited. Mobile Fleet Funds are not redeemable
for cash and are not available in conjunction with the
provision of handsets at subsidised costs. |
|
The minimum charges,
assuming you do not exceed your monthly plan call allowance,
is the Monthly Minimum Spend x the number of months
in the minimum contract term e.g. ‘Mobile Fleet
40’ plan on a 24 month contract is $40 x 24 =
$960. |
|
If during a minimum
contract term a BusinessPhoneAustralia mobile service is cancelled for
non-payment or other breach, disconnected upon customer
request or churned to another carrier, all outstanding
charges + a Disconnection Fee of $55 + an Early Termination
Charge (ETC) are payable. The ETC will not exceed your
contracted Monthly Minimum Spend x the number of months
remaining in the minimum contract term. |
|
Contracted services
can move to a higher Monthly Minimum Spend plan, but
not to a lower one. |
|
Offer is only available
to eligible BusinessPhoneAustralia credit-approved customers. |
|
All charges and terms
are subject to change. All prices quoted in this ‘Terms
and Conditions’ summary are inclusive of GST. |
