Call Forward
Call Forward allows you to divert your VoIP number to another phone number, including Mobiles and other phones. There are a number of options with Call Forward including Immediate, Busy and No Answer. Applicable call costs apply for forwarded calls.

Call Forward Immediate allows you to divert your VoIP phone number to another traditional number immediately.

	This feature might be useful if you like to forward your business calls while you are away.
	Feature also important if you would like to pick up call on your mobile whe you are away.

Call Forward Busy allows you to divert your VoIP phone number to another number when you are using your VoIP service.

	Forward call to your team member when you are on the phone
	Forward call to your voice mail when you are busy on call.
	Ideal tool if you do not want to miss call when you are on phone

Call Forward No Answer allows you to divert your VoIP phone number to another number if you don’t answer your phone.

Call Return
Call Return allows you to return you last incoming phone call, including missed calls quickly and easily. If you miss a call, you simply return a call.

Call Waiting
Call Waiting let’s you take an incoming phone call while you’re already on the phone. VoIP places your first call on hold while you answer the second call.

Calling Line ID (CLI) Delivery Blocking
With CLID you can block the delivery of your identity to the person you are calling.
To activate CLID dial *67 before you make the call.

	Ideal to hide your number if you are calling someone who should not see your number.

Three-Way Calling
Three-Way Calling Enables a user to make a three-way call with two parties, in which all parties can communicate with each other. To initiate a three-way call while engaged in a regular two-party call:

Simultaneous Ring
With Simultaneous Ring you can have multiple phones ring simultaneously when calls are received on your phone number. The first phone to be answered is connected. For example, calls to your desk phone could also ring your mobile phone, in case you are not at your desk.

This feature is very handy if you're out and about often and don't want to miss important calls.

Do Not Disturb
With do not disturb you can set your line to busy (engaged tone) or forwarded to voice mail as below. If Voice Mail is not activated a busy (engaged tone) will be presented to any party calling you.

Sequential Ring
With Sequential Ring you can ring up to 3 locations (in addition to the base location) in the sequence you supply for a specified number of rings.

Music On Hold
With Music on Hold you can entertain your friends and family when you put them on hold. Music available includes: Rock, POP, Jazz/Funk and Dance.
