Geographic
Manager
Provides you with control over where and how your calls
are answered based on where they originated. The geographic
control over your calls can be fine tuned to your needs,
from whole States or Districts, down to smaller phone
number based localities. It’s your choice, you
have the control.
State Based Routing (8 States/Territories):
1300 or 1800 callers to a landline can be re-directed to one of up to 8 Australian State/Territory answering points based on the State of origin of the caller and all calls from mobiles to a single answering point.
Regional Routing (58 Regional Areas):
1300 or 1800 callers to a landline can be re-directed to one of up to 58 regional answering points based on the region of origin of the caller and all calls from mobiles to a single answering point.
Mobile Based Routing (203 Mobile Areas)
1300 or 1800 callers are re-directed to an answering point based on the geographic area of the caller. Each of the 203 Mobile Areas can have two answering points; one for calls from a landline and one for calls from a mobile phone. This is the only feature that allows calls from a mobile to be sent to multiple answering points.
Exchange-Based Routing (nearly 5000 Telephone Exchanges):
1300 or 1800 callers from a landline can be re-directed to one of up to 4942 Telstra Exchange answering points in the same Telstra Exchange area of origin of the caller. With this feature customers have the ability to route calls from approximately 4900 call collection areas. Note that mobile originating calls can only be routed to a single answering point.
Day and
Time Manager
Provides control over where calls are answered based
on the date and time. You may choose from standard business
hours and public holiday management, or even create
your own special day and time manager. You may choose
to send calls to another call centre, or even a recording.
It’s your choice, you have the control.
Overflow
Manager
Overflow Manager gives you control over alternative
treatment when a call centre is busy. You may divert
calls to another destination. You may even choose different
call treatment for busy or no answer. Call Manager
also allows you to distribute call traffic over two
or more answering locations in any volume ratio you
need. It’s your choice, you have the control.
Business Continuity
Business Manger provides you with immediate control
of your Disaster Recovery Plan for your inbound traffic.
You may log-on from anywhere in Australia and activate
an alternate call plan as a key part of your Business
Continuity plan. It’s your choice, you have the
control.
On-Line Control
On-Line Manager provides you with control over
your inbound Services. You may change the way your calls
are treated with access to your Geographic Manager,
Overflow Manager, or Date and Time Manager. You may
even add or remove answer points to suit a change in
your business requirements. It’s your choice,

Reporting
Reporter provides you with real-time performance
reports for your Inbound Services. You can now
measure the effectiveness of your call centres without
having to wait over a month for reports.
With Reporter, graphical information
is available immediately via a secure website. Where
